Superstrategy is the convergence of Superforecasting and Strategy.
Superforecasting is the disciplined production of judgements about future events under uncertainty, using evidence, base rates, decomposition, and feedback – empirically shown to outperform expert judgement, intuition, and traditional analysis in accuracy. Strategy is the allocation and orchestration of means through chosen ways to achieve defined ends, conditional on explicit judgements about an uncertain and evolving environment. The history of Superforecasting is full of indirect support to strategy formulation. Superstrategy is its direct integration.
