Nicola is the General Partner of Twin Track Ventures, a London-based fund backing early stage companies serving commercial and defence & security customers. Before moving into venture capital, she spent two decades in the UK’s Royal Air Force, working in operational roles and capability development. Nicola is a member of the European Defence Investors Network, co-founded the Quantum Investors Network and is the author of the annual Working with Defence & Security Report.
